Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the b888 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration and is tied to the verified identity you provide during the sign-up process.

b888 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, b888 will notify active players via email or an on-platform notification before the changes take effect. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

b888 is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, place bets or participate in any activity on b888. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. b888 carries out age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds held in those accounts will be voided.

Geographic Eligibility

b888 is designed for use by players in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and that you are not accessing b888 in violation of any local, national or international law applicable to your location. It is your responsibility, not b888's, to verify the legal status of online gaming in your specific location before registering or playing.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one b888 account. Multiple accounts linked to the same individual – whether through shared identity documents, IP address, payment method or device – will be treated as a breach of these Terms. b888 may close duplicate accounts and withhold balances pending investigation. If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged as a duplicate, contact b888 support immediately.

Account Registration

Accurate Information Required

When registering on b888, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Security

Your b888 account credentials – your username and password – are your responsibility. b888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, change your password immediately and contact b888 support. b888 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC)

b888 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or at any point where verification is deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and documentation relating to your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending review.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

b888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are conducted in PKR. b888 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits or payments made through third-party payment brokers.

Withdrawal Conditions

b888 processes withdrawal requests during business hours unless you are a VIP Club member entitled to priority or instant processing. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified and your balance must consist of real-money funds rather than active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawals cannot be initiated while a bonus wagering requirement is in progress unless you forfeit the remaining bonus balance.

Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your b888 account originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. b888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If it is determined that a deposit was made using payment credentials belonging to someone else without their consent, the account will be suspended and the matter referred for investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

b888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback rewards, VIP rakeback and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all deposit bonuses credited to your b888 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times using real-money bets before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on the individual promotion page at b888. Rakeback and cashback rewards labelled as such are generally not subject to wagering requirements but must remain in your account for 24 hours before withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse

b888 takes bonus abuse seriously and uses automated detection to identify patterns indicative of fraudulent exploitation of promotions. Examples of bonus abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, placing offsetting bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, using a bonus on games that contribute at a rate that was not disclosed or placing bets that structurally avoid the intended risk profile of the bonus. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have winnings derived from such activity voided and may be permanently closed.

Bonus Expiry

All b888 bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the individual promotion. If a wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account. b888 is not required to notify you individually of an impending bonus expiry – it is your responsibility to track the terms of active bonuses on your account.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on b888 – including Teen Patti, Card Games, Live Casino, Crash Games, Ludo Games and all other categories – are governed by their individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for matters specifically related to gameplay, and these Terms take precedence for all account, payment and conduct matters.

Malfunctions and Technical Issues

b888 operates on certified software and server infrastructure, but technical issues can occasionally occur. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or software error that affects the outcome of a bet, b888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured. b888 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end during a game session.

Bets Once Placed

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by b888's system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Please review your bet details before confirmation. If you believe a bet was processed incorrectly due to a platform error, contact b888 support within 24 hours of the affected session with the relevant game round ID.

VIP Club Terms

The b888 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier qualification is based on total wagering volume in the preceding calendar month and is evaluated at the start of each new month. Full details of qualification thresholds, rakeback rates and tier benefits are available on the VIP Club page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Tier Maintenance and Demotion

VIP tier status is recalculated monthly. If your wagering in a given month falls below your current tier's threshold, your tier will be adjusted downward at the next monthly evaluation. b888 offers a single-month grace period for Gold, Platinum and Diamond members who have maintained their tier for at least three consecutive months. This grace period does not accumulate – it applies once per qualification gap. b888 reserves the right to modify the grace period policy with 30 days' notice to affected members.

VIP Benefits

Rakeback credited to b888 accounts as part of the VIP Club programme is treated as a cashback reward and is not subject to wagering requirements, subject to a 24-hour holding period before withdrawal. Custom bonus arrangements made between VIP members and their personal account managers are subject to whatever specific terms are agreed at the time of the arrangement and confirmed in writing by b888.

VIP Programme Changes

b888 reserves the right to modify, restructure or discontinue the VIP Club programme or any of its tiers with reasonable notice to members. In the event of programme discontinuation, accumulated rakeback balances eligible for withdrawal will be honoured during a transition period of not less than 30 days from the announcement date.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b888 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with b888's games, place bets or navigate the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players during poker, Teen Patti or any other multiplayer game on b888 to unfairly influence outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping – deliberately losing chips or funds to another account to circumvent loss limits or transfer value between accounts.
• Attempting to access b888's backend systems, databases or administrative interfaces through any means not authorised by b888.
• Using b888 for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your identity during account verification.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage on any b888 game. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to b888 support immediately.
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that are associated with fraudulent financial activity.

Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by b888

b888 may suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where account activity is inconsistent with normal player behaviour, where a player has exceeded self-imposed limits and requested a cooling-off period, or where b888 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. Suspended accounts will receive written notice of the suspension via their registered email address unless the suspension is related to an active fraud investigation, in which case b888 may defer notification.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your b888 account at any time by contacting b888 support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed. Real-money balances in closed accounts will be refunded to your most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

b888 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While b888 invests significantly in platform reliability, uptime and game integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or that the platform will be entirely free from errors at all times. b888's liability to any player for any loss or damage arising from platform use is limited to the amount held in that player's real-money balance at the time the relevant issue occurred.

b888 is not liable for: losses resulting from internet connectivity problems on the player's end; losses resulting from the player's failure to read or understand these Terms or specific game rules; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your b888 account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your login credentials; or consequential, indirect or punitive losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits b888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and Data

b888 collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on b888, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy. b888 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support and improve the platform. b888 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

b888 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission between your browser and the b888 platform. Your payment information is processed through certified payment gateways and is not stored on b888's servers in full. b888 complies with applicable data protection standards and retains player data for as long as is required to fulfil regulatory obligations and resolve disputes.

Responsible Gaming

b888 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsibility toward player wellbeing seriously. All players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

Amendments to These Terms

b888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes – defined as changes that substantially affect player rights, bonus terms, account closure procedures or payment conditions – will be communicated to active players via their registered email address at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice but will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continuing to use b888 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using b888 and contact support to arrange account closure before the changes take effect.
